Bronze is an ancient alloy of primarily Copper with Tin and often additional metals. Bronze will take on a beautiful patina with time, which only adds to the distinctive look of these earrings, however they can be wiped with mild soapy water after wear, or lightly wiped with a silver polishing cloth if this patina is not desired.
